Cast out of her home clan because of a strange affliction - her bright, glowing underbelly which acts as a strange sort of bioluminescence. What seemed unnatural and bizarre in her old clan, however, is accepted as a blessing of the Arcanist in her current home. Though Alecto is wary and somewhat mistrustful still, she is nimble and sharp of claw and tooth, and has quickly been put to work decorating the darker nooks and crannies of the lair, a task at which she has proven adept.

She shares a strange bond with Megaera and Tisiphone. The three of them don't understand it, but have a preternatural awareness of each other's whereabouts and sometimes emotions. None of them being particularly ambitious, they have yet to take advantage of this connection for anything more than the mundane.
