 H I S T O R Y
The gods rose up, and they called themselves power. The angels united, and they called themselves judgement. The demons came together, and they called themselves truth. However, there was disagreement about these titles. Who are you to call yourselves power? Who are you to call yourselves judgement? Who are you to call yourselves truth? Dissent ran rampant, and war was inevitable. It started with a massacre. The angels, who called themselves judgement, cried out. The demons are not truth, they said, they are sin. The gods accepted this, and cast the demons to the world below. The demons bled, and suffered, and died, and those who called themselves truth were lost. When Truth was lost, only Power and Judgement remained. The angels demanded the gods bow, for even gods are subject to judgement. But the gods were prideful, and did not bow. They demanded recompense for the slight. The angels refused, as they too were prideful. With no acknowledgement of a trespass, the gods were incensed. The gods were more clever than the angels believed, and they plotted. They went to the angels under pretense of atonement, and when the angels accepted, the gods struck many of them down. The earth and the heavens fell to chaos, and the divine beings created a hell for their enemies. Both the angels and the gods were trapped, and they destroyed each other. What was once divine was no more. The world was left in the aftermath, and grew anew, free from power, and judgement, and truth.
