Biography
Spirit| Kind| Prophet
A young hatchling wails for its mother, a mournful cry of loneliness and confusion. In the depths of the Carrion Canyon, the air crackles with energy and the screeches of the hunters. Alone and afraid, she knows she won't last long.
"Fear not, little one," says a raspy, ancient voice.
"W-who are you!" She calls out, trying to sound brave.
"Not who, little one, but what."
A swirling mist surrounds her, making the world invisible.
"Only I know the power you posses, and it will be mine!" the voice roars, a fearsome voice that would remind you of demons.
Suddenly, sharp claws drag her out of the mist, as she was about to render unconscious.
"Back off!" A female voice roars, the body of a dragon curling around her in protection.
"No! Your power, and hers will be mine!" The voice bellows, coming from everywhere at once.
Whimpering, she curled herself tightly against the other dragon in fear. As if heaven-sent, a large dragon came darting out of the sky, straight into the mist.
"Run!" Said the dragon from somewhere in the mist, a male by the sound of it.
The female grabbed her by her neck, unfurling her large wings and taking to the sky. The little dragon shifted to look at the scene behind them, to see a lage male dragon attacking a small hooded figure. A pair of icy shackles appeared on the male dragons legs, ice quickly spreading to his knees. Surprised at the sudden weight and constriction of his front legs, the hooded creature got the finale blow, sending the male plummeting to the ground. She squeals in terror as the female carrying her drops from the sky, releasing her. Flapping her tiny wings, she only barely slows her descent. Waking up in bandages, she shoots up, only to wince in pain. A large female imperial applies a salve to the male and female's wounds.
"Ah, you're awake," the Healer says, walking to the little dragon.
"W-where am I? What just h-happened?" She shutters, curling tighter into the wall of the cave. "You're in the Silent-Strike clan, and that doesn't need to be discussed at the time," she replies, walking back over to the male, examining the shackles.
Sighing and shaking her head, she drops a small amount of liquid into each of their mouths. Walking back over to the little dragon, she holds out a leaf with the strange liquid on it.
"Take it, please," the Healer asks, nudging the leaf closer.
Gulping, the little dragon licks it up, the world fading in and out immediately after.
"Don't worry, little Prophet. All will be forgotten. You will be taken care of by my daughter Vitrum, as if you were her very own," the Healer says, right before she drifts into darkness, only to wake up and remember only the last thing the Healer had said to her.
