lil' quote or whatever you want
SEV
Being a War Boy wasn't always about working with the machinery. Sometimes it meant roaming away in the dead of night, scrounging through discarded metal in the pouring rain, facing the storm in hopes of a good find. Sev and his brothers moved like ghosts, falling on the rusted corpses of lairs that had been, recovering what they could, and bringing the pieces back home for Glitch to inspect. There was danger in the Shifting Expanse, and he grew tough by necessity; the weaker boys never made it home.

It is this strength that attracted the attention of a certain water clan. The name of the War Boys had spread far beyond the shifting expanse. Even the dragons of the deep know of these hardworking creatures and that was what led the leader of clan Seafall and his associates to purchasing the sickly Nocturne from his brood of two. How pitiful he seemed. It was etched clear as day upon Salvator's face that he doubted the rumors. How could a dragon so weak and seemingly useless be one of the famed warboys that held the attention of the lightening clans?

Still the treasure was paid and Sev was brought to a new home. A place so unlike the world he was so used to. The smiling and friendly faces of those who lived around him were so foreign. Even as he chose to ignore them, awaiting his first order from his new master, they smiled his way and offered him the kindness and hospitality that he hadn't earned. It was quite bewildering.

When in came for him to complete his first task, it proved to be quite, underwhelming. A simple mission to scout out new territory for clan expansion. Still, he completed it swiftly without complaint. His leader was impressed. Steadily the warboy began to experience more interesting and dangerous quests, being placed on a team of scouts that paled in comparison to his own skills. Retrieval missions, scouting, spying, all were simple for the warboy who had been worked to the point of near death many a day. One who had seen his kin pass on due to their weakness could not be affected by the meager tasks given to him on the regular. It was quite impressive. Quite impressive indeed.

His skill, considering the weak and sickly vibe he gave off, it was clear that Sev was matched by no other. The perfection that was a warboy was far more impressive than the clan could have ever expected. Salvator needed more. He craved more than just the tiny little nocturne fate had gifted him. The price for a warboy was much higher than the clan would appreciate, not the mention how popular the creatures were. There was a low chance of them ever snagging another in that lifetime.

It was mad ole Xic who came up with the idea of improving the dragon by healing him of his weakness. An illness genetically woven into his DNA would not be easily cured, however the clan's Mad Scientist was not one to doubt. "If that guardian Glitch could make you reality, I can fix you gaha!" Or something like that. It was a long, torturous process, however after adding his own coatl touch, the young Sev was healed and his efficiency rose ten-fold.

Still, it seemed impossible to make the young warboy into the same beast his father was. Even though the perfection glistened in his blood, he lacked the means to become like him. A beast of great potential. Xic way this. The maddened coatl could see what was hidden within. Through countless examinations and studies, he too created one. A real one. Formed through a formula that seemed entirely impossible to recreate came Sev's new mate. A fearsome hunter who could even rival Drax, though she lacked the same power and might that the stronger creature had. She was everything that Salvator could have hoped for. A powerful huntress build to prowl across clan territory and protect it with the blood of her foes. All Sev could do was stand by her side and she achieved Salvators wishes.
