In spite of her heritage…she’s actually afraid of ghosts!

What an auspicious background this little ball of fluff has. Bold enough that her father, Astoire, is one of the premier scavengers and fighters of sister clan Cairn Bato. Even greater is the fact that Willow is the granddaughter of that clan’s leader, Rohke, on her mother’s side. This is a powerful legacy to live up to, but Willow faces it with cheerful optimism. She takes mostly after her healer-grandmother in temperament, and hasn’t believed a negative thing about another dragon in her entire life.

Willow spends her days as assistant to Tagere, Sapere Aude’s Chief Researcher. She’s the one who finds his pens and scrolls when he loses them, makes sure the R&D team eats, and comforts the grieving researcher who just spilled a bottle of ink onto the day’s notes. She is the indispensable glue that holds the R&D team together, and she’d never know important that job was if they didn’t fervently thank her for it on a regular basis.

The most recent development in her life is an unexpected, breathless tryst with Sychosis. It might have seemed like a game at first, but it didn’t stay a game to Willow…or, interestingly enough, to Sychosis. Maybe it’s the fact that Sych is one of her father’s best friends…or maybe the rough coliseum fighter has a heart of gold, after all. Either way, they have a daughter to look after now, and Willow faces that challenge with her usual bright outlook.
