Perion has been raised in The Shifting Expanse.

Even though he is a Lightning dragon, he has the dream to adapt to the world, rather than to have the world adapt to him. He wants to be an oldschool hunter, reading the books when he was younger and dreaming all day. When he grew older he started training to perfect his camouflage.

Perion is grossed out by insects, especially by roaches. He also dislikes spiders.
He never felt home in canyons or deserts. The scenery calling his name was indeed the forest and the swamp.

Perion’s way to show affection is to take care of others by hunting food for them, sharing his prey.

Like most Wildclaws, Perion’s views revolve around physical might and providing for his clan. He feels offended pretty fast by other dragon's sharp tongues and is wary of his surroundings.

Eventually, he will become a great hunter, in spite of the fact that he is a little clumsy, especially when he's nervous. That is why he is wounded most of the time.

He has a natural aversion against Plague dragons, shaming himself for developing feelings for one of these.

Even though he is much like a typical Wildclaw, he prefers his lair rather dull in color.
