You Walk Up To This Dragon Walking in the surrounding area around The Spectrum, you hear a stream gurgling nearby. You follow the sound and stumble upon a sanctuary of sorts surrounded by bamboo. You hear some soft giggling and peer inside to see a dais of sorts, with a grey and green Fae lounging on it, the stream creating a moat around the island it lays upon. The giggling is coming from the Fae, who's being doted on by several male Fae around her. Some fanning her with feathers, others offering her treats, but all have their attentions locked on her. They don't seem to be from the Windswept Plateau from what you can tell. She doesn't seem to notice you as she revels in the attention she's getting from these suitors. Bio Cider crash landed into The Spectrum in its early days, not used to the gusty blasts of wind in the Windswept Plateau. Coralia had pulled her out of a nearby stream and fixed her up until she could fly again. From then on, she became an aunt to Seamus, befriended and helped Coralia in small ways to keep the clan running, even if it was to grab her some food when she clearly hadn't eaten, and used her talents with minerals and ores to help the clan. She believes some deity, be it Windsinger or Stormcatcher or some other power, drove her down in those winds for a reason. So she uses her flirtatious ways to lure Fae travelers in. She works her magic and eventually creates new life to send off to Windsinger, who she believes helped guide her that fateful day. Cider is a kind and motherly dragon, she'll sing her siren's song to Fae who come into the Spectrum. And if they listen and consent? Checkmate. Other Facts - Cider is actually a skilled mining engineer, and is usually the one dragons come to when a new vein is found or a mystery mineral is brought into the lair. |
