Magnus was an orphan who grew up in the rough wilderness of the bordering areas of Plague and Water, once he was old enough Magnus left his birthplace and traveled further into The Tidelord's domain to find work. Magnus ended up an apprentice to a Blacksmith who often housed his grandson, a diplomat from The Shifting Expanse. People from all over came to buy his swords, causing his master to lose business. His master decided it was time to send Magnus away, so Magnus could start his own job and he could regain business.

Magnus sought refuge in multiple different lands in hope of improving and selling his weaponry. With the power to melt down metal and shape them into brilliant swords, there wasn't a lot of clans that needed the use of a black smith, let alone warriors to buy them. Magnus trained everyday in order to become stronger, that he'd proved he can help, journeying across all of Sornieth before finding a clan in Wind that welcomed all sorts of drifters and travellers.

He carries a heavy mask to which he hides his face, battle torn from victories and losses. He breaths out smoke and carries out metal from the rocks he extracts from. Magnus doesn't have a lot to say but can be intimidating from a distance since he is a fearless warrior. He is sent on busy work in the coliseum to collect supplies while protecting the lair at day time when he is on break. He brawls with his mentor Ace to whom he met with when he first came.

In order to test his strength and speed, Magnus trains every single day with the swords he forged to become even more stronger every day. Despite being a plague dragon, he's grown used to the heat that his melted down metal has given him, however he can get impatient and hotheaded at times when he's stressed. Although Magnus has the power and speed of a fully fedged warrior, he still works as a full time blacksmith. Other warriors use his crafted weapons to use in the coliseum.

Magnus creates weapons from beastclan materials and knives, he can transform them into excellent battling conditions, one use paralyses and smoke bombs are also created by Magnus to ensure the warriors flee safely from battle if needed. He is on good terms with the clan warriors and Ace, the royal guard. Often times visiting Nexus, the clan technician for new designs in weaponry. He enjoys creating blueprints for Magnus to create weapons from.
