One of Embershade's nameless leader, Carmaica came to Helfonaur's bit of the Wastes. Phara welcomed her and trained the guardian to be great with a sword. When Narmacil matured and officially became the heir to the title of being the clan's leader, Carmaica decided to be her guard. Her sword is technically Narmacil's, who gave it her in exchange of one of her shields. The trade was accepted when she explained to Carm that she doesn't feel comfortable wielding it and that it feels more like Phara just wants her to help make the clan militarized.
In speech, Carmaica leans on the more formal side, unless it's Narm. Some think she's trying to be a wall, but really she's just shy when talking to others. Narmacil introduced her to the curious coyote Durhil once mentioned, and she likes them as well. They like to tell stories of worlds past. Narmacil also introduced her into pottery making, and she found that she enjoys it.
