Profile: A very sweet and gentle dragon, Horea tries his darndest to keep everyone happy. He is very softspoken and can find it hard to stand up for himself, but his friends are usually there to defend him. He is very accepting and unquestioning of most things. Horea believes there is no such thing as true evil and likes to find the soft spot in all creatures.
Horea was madly in love with Penumbra and wanted to be mates, but had difficulty with the fact that she is aromantic. Though he knew she couldn't help her lack of attraction to him and bears no hard feelings towards her, he was still saddened by the fact that she would never love him back. He fell into jealousy easily whenever she keeps a nest with another dragon, and still occasionally feels those familiar pains when she nests with other dragons. Lyra used to help him calm down, though she wasn't friendly about it.
When Wynelle joined the clan, Horea didn't feel much about her at first. She was very young and stuck close to Penumbra, Toodles, and Lyra. As she grew into being around other dragons, she would go and visit Horea without being escorted by her mothers. At first, Wynelle annoyed his with a constant barrage of questions, but he slowly began to look forward to seeing her. The older she grew, the more their conversations matured and eventually Horea began feeling something for her that Penumbra never gave him.
He and Lyra make a great duet with her soprano and his tenor. Occasionally, Lyra's familiar, Bharat, will join them with his bass.
