The Strongest Beauty

Macrophyte may not be the prettiest dragon in the world, but the way she acts could convince you otherwise. She enjoys being admired and decided to become a clan hunter to show off: the more she goes out, the more eyes that can feast on her beauty. She isn't just for show, however. To keep herself from being scarred, she trained hard to become a terrifyingly powerful opponent.

As much of her time is spent with her team, Macrophyte's occasional lapses of memory can be forgiven. When she forgets to eat, Eggnog usually reminds her, sometimes having to go so far as to fetch food for her when she can't move- not that she ever goes so long without food that she can't move, but Tabasco enjoys sleeping on top of her and does not take kindly to being awoken. That's fine with Macrophyte; she enjoys being pampered like a queen.

She's especially close with Macaw and Nerites. Though they're her mates, Nerites' and Macaw's training prepared them more for speedy movements than the measured, offensive stance Macrophyte often takes, and their day jobs require them to spend much time apart. At night, both of their teams enjoy reclining together by the glow of the Wyrmwound; during the day, worrying about each other's well-being distracts them from their jobs.

At some point Macrophyte was the assigned babysitter of a dull little Nocturne hatchling. She got attached and now proudly answers Melodia's calls for "mommy".
