Tusk

Tusk has always been spoiled and irresponsible, surely due in part to the fact he wants nothing to do with becoming the Claw of the next generation. He shirks many of his responsibilities, instead spending his days seeking fun or pursuing skills in woodworking. Even more than that, it could be said that he spends the most time avoiding Elvira, the steward of the Erstwhile Ridge. She groomed him from youth, painstakingly creating a perfect candidate for leadership. While she was the one who gifted him his ego, her constant foofaraw tires him to no end.

When Tusk was an adolescent, he was quite taken with the notion he would be the next clan leader. He pliantly accepted Elvira’s tutelage and dedicated his time to that pursuit, letting his other youthful interests fall mostly by the wayside. However, once he discovered that the current clan leader (his ever-distant dam), Tennebris, had not even considered him heir apparent, he abandoned all ambitions of leadership.

In fact, the revelation was freeing, and now his boyish behavior makes up for his lost childhood in spades.
