Music is a constant companion of any clan, a way to celebrate, pray to their deities, or just enjoy themselves. Frith has always been in the middle of any celebration, dancing to the mesmerizing voices of her clanmates and the spellbinding beat of the music, even as a bumbling child just wiggling her tail.

Music combined with intricate dances fascinated her. Once she was old enough to choose her path she begged for an apprenticeship under the clan’s dancers. The training was harsh and her feet hurt day and night, but she felt it was well worth being able to fulfill her dream of performing in front of her clansmen.

It didn’t take long for her to rise in popularity and soon she was one of the main dancers, always in the limelight during celebrations. To this day she remembers being on the stage as the main dancer the first time as if it happened yesterday, grinning giddily, heart thumping in her chest.

She met the love of her life during the summer solstice celebration, her favorite time of the year. She had been enjoying herself, swinging her hips to the beat, throwing petals around and charming her audience with her dazzling smile, when her emerald green eyes met with light green. She’d never been able to truly look away after they had locked eyes.

Galeru, as she learned from one of her clanmates, kept coming back to the performances, his heated gaze always following her movements on stage. And she danced, danced as if they were the only ones under the sky. He started to visit her directly, bringing her small gifts, sweet words, and kind smiles filled with love. Frith came to know the gentlemanly Imperial personally, never far from him when he visited. She fell, slowly but surely, for the kind nomad, and one day she found herself bidding goodbye to her home by his side.

While traveling had at first seemed very daunting to her, she quickly fell in love with the nomadic lifestyle of her mate. She loves exploring every nook and cranny of a new land, often visiting welcoming local clans to perform and earn a few coins, perhaps even learn a new dance to add to her constantly growing repertoire.

Frith is rather reserved and overly polite. Her social skills aren’t the best and she prefers silence or music over chatter. She has a weakness for little children and spoils all the dragons that her mate takes under his wing as if they were her own children.

She’s very elegant, a lover of nature and patient like a saint, she has to be with all the trouble Galeru gets into. That doesn’t mean she doesn’t have a mean streak, however. Galeru knows better than to incite her temper. He has stated several times that an angry Frith is like the eye of the storm or a vengeful goddess.

She’s long since grown used to Galeru’s hoarding tendencies and a love for shiny things, but she refuses to help him carry the packs of loot when he starts taking everything in his path, citing the need for self-control. She’s not willing to clean up his hidden hoards to make more space every time they visit one of them. But Frith does have a love for books and often overlooks his hoarding in the face of so many volumes to peruse and learn from.

She has quite the eye for money and manages their finances. Galeru has a tendency to sell what he doesn’t want to keep for a few pennies, so she barters most of their wares. Another one of her weaknesses are high quality silks which Galeru never hesitates to buy for her when he finds her staring longingly at them, which he always gets a fond smooch for.
