Kamiko

Kamiko was a normal hatchling around the time of her Ceramony Of Life, excited to see the world around her, ready to leave the nest at only an hour old. However that was only what she was seeing inside the nesting chamber, the spirals which rapped themselves around the eggs for warmth always had a tense attitude and often jerked at the slightest creek and crack. One day an old Spiral name 'Izzy' was watching over her nest, she spoke of tales of our plaugemother sending her troops to fight against the Gladekeeper, she spoke of the other flights obveously trying to shape our intrests to keeping dominance in check. However one night Izzy was late, the hatchlings on edge of their favourte keepers absense. Out of the corner of her eye Kamiko noticed two hooded figures creeping into the egg hatchery, a loud shrill and the sound of broken glass soon after signified their unwelcome presscense. They had found that Izzy, despite being so old, had attempted to chase down and call notice to the two theifs. Sadly she shreded up one of her wings, rendering her useless. To add some good news, the theifs only stole one egg, sadly it was the egg of two high executives.

I don't know if her secondary puts her out of the running to be a Aftermath Warrior.


Native to the Abiding Boneyard, Aftermath dragons have evolved for a single purpose only: to survive. These dragons are dull in colour, the only distinctive markings that they possess are the bloodstains or radioactive waste remnants on their wings or feet. Wildclaws and Mirrors make up the bulk of this subspecies, with Snappers, Spirals and Faes rarely appearing in the Abiding Boneyard. Aftermaths may live in clans of one subset, or may be found as a mixed subset, including Scavengers, Radioactive, and on rare occasions, Lurker or Warrior.

These Aftermaths are unusually brave (or foolhardy?) for their species. They prefer to leap into the midst of a battle, and so are usually covered in blood; not just from scavenging, but from actual fighting. Although there has been not much proof of this, it is still interesting to note that Warrior Aftermaths are few and far between, and not a single record of an old Warrior Aftermath has been found. This variant came about when several of the more aggressive Aftermaths of a pack separated, forming a new breed of Aftermaths: one that was more likely to attack or confront other dragons. They may not live very peacefully with normal Aftermaths, usually finding their cowardice a source of shame. Needless to say, they do not get along with the Lurker variant of this subspecies. They can live with other types of dragons, but will retain their warrior nature.

So much that when Kamiko was finaly put of age she was wuickly chosen to be the clan priestess. Not only being a fighter of her element she was one of the front lines in a battle against ice. Her double hearts giving her the most stamina out of the clan she was practicaly built to run, knocking down enimies with a single tap. However she was removed from battle after finding her charge. A little Graveyard Guardian cub, alone and abandoned. It is now known throught the clan of Kamiko and her guardian of the wasteland.
