Vicca always had something of a fixation with information gathering, determined to know everything about everyone. Whatever she did, or continues to do, with the information is somewhat unclear. She is a dragon who found herself a part of Lye's clan by her own accord, coming to them while they wandered the wastes and simply not leaving.

Before the iilah clan began their aggression and started the war, she would sometimes consult with Ag. She attempted friendships with Mothshead and Dinokiiz, but was rebuffed by both. She spent a fair amount of time with Ecsenius, before realizing the only future he was willing to discuss with her was her own.

Taking in Oort under her wing was almost uncharacteristicly kind of her, until others realized she was using the other Nocturne to gather information.

When the war broke out, she quickly sided with Ciciano and his small movement. She assisted his war effort with detailed reports, though her brash and crude personality did not endear her to the Wildclaw. When Lye fought for control of the clan, Vicca quickly switched to assisting her.

After the pilgrimage and the formation of the Corrosive mercenary band, Vicca continued on as spymaster for the new Warleader. Whether or not she was actually asked to take on this position is somewhat unclear.
