Many dismiss Tsubasa because of his appearance: most believe that anyone who dresses so fancifully must be full of themselves. While they're not completely wrong ("A respectable dragon must dress well, they'll ignore me otherwise."), Tsubasa is not completely full of himself.

While he can tend to be moderately egotistic, Tsubasa is more often than not a level-headed and trustworthy fellow. He was Lilyanna's only rock and support for many years before they stubbled upon this lair.

He and Lilyanna joined Clan Megalonyx in almost an accidental way. They'd been cornered by Beastclan members and coaxed down into a ravine, where the Beastclan had also captured a small hatchling Wildclaw. Tsubasa and Lilyanna calmed the baby as best they could and promised to free him, along with themselves. The night they escaped, they'd gotten halfway out of the Beastclan camp when Lady, Mogar, and Zeronos appeared and helped them get all the way gone.

After that, there was no question that they were welcome in Clan Megalonyx and, after debating for a few days, they decided to stay. Hecate, the then hatchling, still holds them up as heroes and is constantly trying to impress them and help them out.
