Luca

Born of a pair of treasure-hungry merchants, yet raised by a kind, nurturing guardian, Luca is a pleasant mixture of those who cared for him. Thrifty and rather good at keeping coin, He is often called upon by Catriona to aid in economical issues within the Clan, along with bartering with Twin Souls' allies. Though this is a talent of his, it's not what he prefers to do. Luca is a nesttender and caretaker of young hatchlings, wishing to take after the one who lent the heaviest hand who raised him back in the clan he was born in. He loves to play with hatchlings, each new baby in the clan giving him a new opportunity to share the love his caretaker showed him as a hatchling.

After being sold by his parents(A cheap tactic to quickly earn their clan more money, which Luca resents them for), Luca was quickly adopted by a mated pair of Coatls within Twin Souls- Hikaru and Yachiru. Yachiru took him under her wing and, being the head caretaker for young hatchlings, taught him everything she knows. Meanwhile, Hikaru taught him of how the clan functions, and how to interact with some particularly... unruly members of the clan. The three quickly became a tight knit group- a sort of makeshift family within the clan.

And then, Luca met Lucia. It was love at first sight- He had stopped in his tracks when she had first entered the clan, his heart leaping into his throat. At that moment, he was fairly certain he looked like a Deathshead Stag in the firelight- he chuckles fondly at the memory. Now, he and his mate Lucia reside happily within Twin Souls, happy and content in their lives.
