Amira's place is at the nesting grounds for the lair, watching endlessly over the eggs, allowing no intruders within even twenty metres. Sitting high on the cliff face, she and her mate overlook all the hatchings and help the mothering and fathering dragons.

Mate: Guardian. He and Amira tend the nests together, taking it in turns to stand watch and cycle through incubating the eggs when the parents are away with clan business.
