Apollo lived happily in the Eodasura clan in the Arcanist's lands. He loved his life there, proudly honing his skills as an archer. When the Hotaru clan began to form he visited with Aodh as a member of a diplomatic party. During his visit he met Marigold, the two having a brief affair before he left. While he thought of her occasionally, Apollo was busy with problems of his own. The Eodasura clan was beginning to break up, dragons going to serve the deities or travelling to other clans despite his best efforts to keep the clan together. Finally giving up, Apollo traveled back to the Hotaru clan, looking for a new start and heartsick about what had happened to the clan of his birth.

When he arrived, Apollo withdrew from the other members of the clan. Seeking out a job he could perform without needing to interact with others, he had soon joined Senecio and the hunters, using his skills with a bow to collect food for the clan. While the Imperial gave Apollo a bad feeling, he still appreciated being able to work alone.

It was a few months before Apollo felt ready to play more of a role in his new clan. As he began to acquaint himself with some of the other dragons, he ran into Marigold again. Initially cool in her greeting, Apollo began to win her over as he worked hard to convince her that this time he was here to stay. While she eventually began to warm back up again, enough to have a few nests with him, Marigold refuses to allow him to live with her. He's gotten around this by moving his lair as close as possible to hers, both to show her how serious he is as well as to decrease the time it takes to go between their lairs. One day he hopes to connect them, should she agree to live together.

Hobbies: A brilliant archer, Apollo spends a lot of his time practicing his archery skills. He's also sometimes taught Zelda, the younger Guardian eager to learn a variety of skills. In return she has taught him basic healing skills. Sometimes Apollo joins the rangers, helping wildlife in exchange for taking their lives when hunting. He uses some of the healing skills he's learned during this time. He has wholeheartedly taken to living with his new clan, possibly to convince Marigold of his intentions.

Name Origin: Apollo is from Greek Απολλων (Apollon), which is of unknown meaning, though perhaps related to Indo-European apelo "strength". Another theory states that Apollo can be equated with Appaliunas, an Anatolian god whose name possibly means "father lion" or "father light". The Greeks later associated Apollo's name with the Greek verb απολλυμι (apollymi) meaning "to destroy". In Greek mythology Apollo was the son of Zeus and Leto and the twin of Artemis. He was the god of prophecy, medicine, music, art, law, beauty, and wisdom. Later, he also became the god of sun and light.
