Orestes is extroverted and makes friends with ease, occasionally dragging them along into ridiculous sit-com-esque situations. Despite the knack for getting into quite the plight, Orestes handles every situation with wisdom and a clear head. She was banished from her old clan for getting said clan into a rather troublesome situation, despite saving the day. Seeing her potential, Draco Venenum accepted Orestes into her clan, which later led to an unbreakable friendship.

She typically spends her time with a fellow guard, Prolixus Venenum, and her leader, Draco Venenum. The trio are the closest of friends, and often behave as siblings. Her favorite activity is fighting in the Coliseum, which she gets many chances to do since most of the clan's food is obtained in the Coli.

Orestes' outgoing personality surprisingly won the heart of Celato Sagum, the clan's official/unofficial "war beast." She's one of the few dragons that can stand beside him without the danger of being fatally mauled. Whenever she sees a wound on her beloved, she immediately begins to lick it clean like a mother would treat her hatchling, much to the 'tough' dragon's dismay.
