Blackroot is the leader of the Posion Root Dragon rider clan who was named after his own subspeices of tundra dragons which makes his tert gene look as if he is being posioned by a deadly deases that is show through his viens thought his whole body even through his thick fur. Though the tert is just a mutated gene that gives this affect it doesn't damage the dragon,but is just a new pattern design in there suspeices. Blackroot is a tough leader with a kind heart towards the rest of his clan as well as his human companions that he rides with. Him and his clan live up in the mountians in a cave they made there home.
