Sinister remains the clan’s one and only dark arts alchemist. His use of blood magic in particular has cause for concern with most of the other clan members—it would be most unwise to cross this dragon. However, while the clan keeps a healthy distance from Sinister’s activities it’s no surprise to hear of a poor, unsuspecting soul having fallen to Sinister’s manipulation.

It is largely unknown what goes on in the gnarled, half-dead tree Sinister calls home. Few dare to approach, sensing the dark magic that twists the tree into unnatural shapes. Bottles of Cerdae Sparkles hang from dead branches, casting the snow and surrounding area in an eerie, dim red glow through the long nights.

The only dragon who dares to come near Sinister willingly is Renegade. The wildclaw huntress was once an alchemist herself, of the good variety, but an accident has turned her once lovely scales patchy and dull. They became mates after a few well said words and encounters, remaining isolated together.
