Clan Role:
Support to Hei during battle, and battleground surveillance as part of the Driftwood Dauntless

銀 (Yin) is catatonic, even to other Fae dragons. It is rare for her to bring her emotions to the surface. Her clanmates don't seem bothered by this, as she is consistently mellow and gets along well with the rest of the clan. She will even help care for new hatchlings. The only time she is not mellow is when a serious threat is present, at which point she alerts Hei and helps to remedy the situation with her cryptic abilities.

She is devoted to Hei and loves him dearly, but sometimes she wishes that he could relax and stop worrying so much about her safety. She tries to reassure him when things are calm. Even though she feels that the clan is safe, she is very observant, and pays a good deal of attention to her surroundings by force of habit. She is unable to see light and appears to be blind, but as she flies and maneuvers just fine, it seems hard to notice most of the time. It is unclear whether her cryptic abilities or some sort of sensory compensation are responsible for this, but she has been known to "feel" moonlight.

When a battle breaks out, Yin will seclude herself in a sheltered place near the battlefield and observe the scene through her magic. One strange caveat to this is that she can only "view" through water as a medium; it is unclear how she does this, as she is not water-aligned. Living in a tropical jungle, little puddles of water in leaves and so on are often present, but one of the soldiers will place a vessel of water down in a hopefully out-of-the-way place if the jungle seems dry. She can keep Hei informed of enemy positions through little communication gadgets made by the clan's other lightning dragons. She is one of the clan's best-kept secret weapons.
