Meade's presence in the Golden Canopy Clan was entirely the fault of his best friend and adoptive sister, Azaria. The Fae, despite being diminutive in comparison to him, had always been energetic and full of ideas, and when she decided one day when they were young to run off to the Viridian Labyrinth to go plant trees, Meade found he definitely couldn't say no.

Thankfully, it turned out to be a good match for him - inheriting a love of books from his mother, he found a job in their library after their previous librarian moved on. When not tending to the library, he enjoys spending time with his mate Rishi, as well as helping the herbalist search for more information on both his trade and the rest of the world (Rishi is, after all, a Light dragon!).

Current greatest source of stress in his life: the re-emergence of Aether dragons. No!! Not the first editions!!
