Biography

Garret
jokester | ex-sailor | warrior
Winter Wolf Cape
Cloudy Feathered Wings
Garret's story is about as entertaining as the dragon herself. She loves to do magic tricks, especially for intoxicated bar patrons because "their reactions are genuine and often hilarious." One evening she was having a great time doing just that when she laughed too hard and accidentally fell backwards, knocking a very angry-looking guardian's drink off the table. Whoops.
The next morning she woke up to the sound of seabirds. She had been taken from the Tangled Wood and found herself aboard a ship. She had been kidnapped, and no sooner did she realize what was happening than a mop was thrust into her hands and she was told to get to work. The ship made its way across the Sea of a Thousand Currents and docked to exchange precious metals for other goods on the border of the Ashfall Waste. She was told to swap some platinum for a wolf cape and feathers, and to hurry back so that those items could be taken to a wealthy dragon living in the Sunbeam Ruins. She made the trade but instead of going back to the ship and its crew, who she had actually become fairly fond of, she used her Shadow aptitude for stealth and slipped away.
She recently showed up a few miles away from the lair of Clan Ironkite, exhausted and starving. Never having been to the molten land before, Garret had no idea how to find food or water. Sunrise found her one morning and brought her back to the lair, where she fit in almost instantly with the wide variety of peaceful clanmates. She keeps mentioning that she doesn't intend to stay, but Peony convinced her to at least learn some warrior skills before she leaves in case she runs into trouble.
She is now responsible for keeping an eye on the creepy imperial that keeps following teams into the coliseum.

Boniface keeps Garret grounded. While she's the better of the two of them at interacting with others, his sharp wit often keeps them out of trouble.
