Dawn hatched with naught but the ocean to witness her birth, having
been swept away by the tide when only in the shell of the egg. It had floated on the crest of the sea for many days, until merely hours before hatching was she delivered to the pools of the Tsunami Flats. Here she grew, crying for four days with no one to care for her, and lost without a home to call her own. In these four days she grew hungry and tired, and settled into a tiny pool to sleep; when she awoke, she found a fat fish not far from her. The coincidental blessings she perceived to be the work of the Tidelord, our great god, and grew into young adolescence with a vow to be faithful to him.
Very little did Dawn wander from the comfort of the the Sea of a
Thousand Currents (what little she did, was most often by way of the sea through the Windswept Plateau, as her most preferred form of travel is by swimming). The sound of the ocean crashing against the cliffs and the sound of waves become a comforting murmur to her, and as a small hatchling she felt as if it was the quiet calls of the Tidelord comforting her ( at times, she would even try to converse with the tides themselves ).
As she grew further into adulthood, Dawn sought her Charge as all of
her kind do, and found no other than for the Tidelord ( whatever that may be ). She has devoted herself to him, and to the calling of the sea; she has made her home here, and because the Tidelord gave her one among the Tsunami Flats some time ago, Dawn founded her clan with the purpose of home and safety.
( Though, without others to join her, it was hard to do as such. )

Once Dawn had decided that she would make her path dedicated to
the Tidelord, it became quite the journey needed to get started. She started with nothing, and only had the small comfort a lair built for one, and the tides she stayed so close to. Really, she had been at a loss for what to do, until she met a young mischievous bandit mirror by the name of Taemis.

loyal, devoted, reserved & quiet, kind-hearted, naive

most notable about dawn is her faith in the tidelord and her devotion to him. this sort of faith in others and loyalty to others carries into her outer life. dawn did not have a family or comfort other than that of the sea she grew up in, so she can become attached easily, and will trust others blindly. she is also rather quiet, and keeps to herself in most respects. to others, she may seem like a reserved and intimidating individual, but being so large and warrior- like and with such commendable passion, she can easily inspire admiration in others. despite her looks, dawn is incredibly soft and kind-hearted underneath her armor.
