B I O G R A P H Y

A lonely little egg drifted through the Crystalspine Reaches, aimlessly floating through Beastclan territories, dragon lairs, and jagged peaks somehow avoiding all these dangers. After a while, the small dragon inside felt the egg stop moving and instinctively knew it was time to leave. But at the same time, she didn't want to leave. *THUD* She felt her safe little cocoon get knocked around. A crack of blinding light enticed her to claw her way out and explore the world outside her shell.

Her eyes needed a moment to adjust, but soon she was marveling in the brightness of the world around her. After a 360° look-around, her gaze came to rest on the small dark creature crawling its way towards her. Scrambling and tripping over the pieces of her shell, as well as getting used to using her legs, she tried to run away but she was pounced on nonetheless. Scared stiff, she waited, but for what she didn't know. Suddenly she felt nudging and licking on her neck, head, and gemstone. The weight shifted off of her, and as she slowly opened her eyes she saw a small, horned male dragon staring back at her excitedly. The excitement quickly turned to a mix of fear and embarrassment as the young male started heaving and hacking. After a couple coughs and a gross regurgitation sound, the two dragons were sitting in front of a small pearl and the male laughed nervously.

That first encounter led to a lifelong friendship between the young Skydancer and her Pearlcatcher friend, which over time blossomed into a loving relationship and the urge to start their own family. Over time, other dragons joined them and their offspring, and their family grew into a clan. Needing a safe place to continue living, their clan followed Mia to the Sunbeam ruins where Mia used to live at one point.
