Fennui is a quiet soul.

She's quite cordial but very much a listener, and conversations with her end up rather one-sided. Still, it's clear that she enjoys them, and anyone speaking to her feels strangely compelled to oblige. There's an air of constant tiredness about her that makes her silence somewhat understandable at least, even if the source of that tiredness is less clear - though a runewriter by profession, her commissions are few and far between. She really doesn't seem to do much in the clan other than wandering around and letting herself be talked to.

(Cryo seems quite taken with her, for reasons unknown to everyone else. The taciturn nocturne seems quite outside Cryo's usual (questionable) tastes, which include a smugly omniscient seer and a shapeshifting guardian with an... unorthodox diet.)

In dim lighting, the pale green markings on Fennui's scales glow, faint and sickly, seeming to form undecipherable etches of symbols and writing. She wears a small chunk of amber as a necklace, and has never been seen to take it off - if questioned on it, she's been known to hesitate on answering, until Cryo snidely interjects something about "imprisoned souls".

She's quite fond of her familiar,
