Muirlilleth Arqua enjoys two things. She loves to scrap and she loves to dance. These two passions play off each other beautifully. When she fights, she bobs and leaps like a dancer. When she dances, she moves with the intensity of a warrior who is still deciding between taking out her nemesis or taking them out back behind the vault.

She doesn't have patience for most other things. Intellectual plays bore her. Poetry is too confusing. Novels are a non-starter. Slapstick is pretty alright, though. She is the number one fan of the Archie n' Arthur comedy duo.

It came as a surprise to everyone when she chose Julien Ambrose as one of her partners: a self-described "curmudgeonly scholar". She heckled him relentlessly for months and he spent just as long delivering meticulously crafted snide remarks (most of which went over her head). Their bickering eventually resulted in a clutch of eggs and a lifelong partnership. Tobin Wrybird joined them later and proved himself the perfect mediator. He shares Muirlilleth's love of dance and Julien's love of stories and he's witty enough to stand up to both of them. The trio collaborated on an interpretive dance performance based on an ancient Windsinger tale and the whole clan looks forward to it every year during the Mistral Jamboree.
Muirlilleth also partnered briefly with Sir Gawain because he was "pretty", but he never rose to any of her goading so she soon lost interest.

She passed her love of dance to her son Evonnrein and her love of fighting to her daughter Pippaday.
