Tiye is the clan's undertaker and taxidermist. She's also dead. One day, the clan unknowingly expanded their lair into what was apparently an old mortuary. This intrusion woke her up and she's refused to go back to sleep ever since. She has an innate knowledge of where old burial grounds are located so she's able to prevent the clan from making the same mistake twice. This also makes her the perfect undertaker and gravedigger, because she knows where not to bury imperials. (Tiye is also from a time when the burial practices of imperials was more widely known, making her the only non-imperial in the clan who knows how to treat their dead.)
