-came from a group of mirrors with a pack-like mentality, and as such when she got badly injured in a hunt (at young adult age) she fell behind, with the offer to rejoin them if she somehow recovered out in the wilds

-Aural discovers her and helps her back to camp to treat her wounds (at that point only Aural, Rhea and a quintet of hatchlings)- he has enough herblore to help, but no healing magic to prevent scarring (needs veteran's shoulder scars)

-By the time she recovers she is devoted to Aural as "pack leader" and decides to stay with his "pack", even if he is the only mirror presently in it, and provides much needed help in caring for hatchlings

-Remains one of Aural's most devoted followers to this day; she never shaped up to be a consun because she was more follower than leader, but is nevertheless trusted with a wide variety of tasks and is treated with the same respect as a consun
