♪ Theme ♪

From the mark then came forth a shape; a towering, multi-limbed beast of fire and darkness, cloaked in a glow of bright, golden flames.

It carried its powers upon its dark, tar-like hide; showing as softly glowing markings in vibrant, ever-shifting hues of gold. Four massive, chipped and twisted horns sprouted from its head, creating an impressive yet intimidating crown.

Hazel quietly watched how it then slowly spread its massive wings, its thick, spaded tail whipping about in an agitated fashion as it straightened itself.
History
Harbinger is, much like Nettle, a concept from the Beyond. Though where the Greenhouse Behemoth came forth from a warm and benevolent concept, Harbinger was wrought from something much, much darker. Fueled by malice and a near-insatiable hunger, the hulking Behemoth hunts from the dark, lying in wait in the shadows and impenetrable darkness and luring unsuspecting victims closer by mimicking familiar sounds and voices.

Though despite its fearful appearance and unpleasant disposition, Harbinger seems to have taken fondly to the dragons of the Timeworn Citadel. He rarely interacts with individuals other than Hazel and Mitzy, for they seem rightfully fearful of him. Still, Harbinger watches over them from the dark, ensuring that individuals with ill intent are quickly removed from the mountain trails.
Favorite treasures
Tallow Candle
Despite its cruel and dark nature, Harbinger seems to find solace in the soothing candlelight that illuminates Hazel's chambers.
Bone Fragments
Harbinger's jaws are easily capable of immobilizing prey foes after the first crushing bite. Better not stray too close...
Slumber Sheep
Shh, just go to sleep. It's alright. Surely nothing dangerous lurks in the shadows of your den. Nope. There's nothing there.
