While Labyrinth began his career as a book-learned mage, preferring quiet study and alone time to interaction with most other dragons, he has adapted well to the roles of teacher and warrior. He trains those chosen to be exalted in the arts of combat both physical and magical before they are sent on to serve the Glademother, displaying a ferocity and pride in battle that his students eagerly emulate.

He loves engaging his students in subjects they are interested in, and prefers to lead them to draw conclusions on their own rather than shut them down with cold facts, a far cry from how he interacts with more worldly dragons. Though he is somewhat more awkward around hatchlings, his own included, he enjoys encouraging their youthful curiosity and never talks down to them; some hatchlings find him overwhelming as a result, but most are delighted to have a grown-up take them seriously.
