Unlike her siblings, Kaiguang doesn't feel that inclined to join the Lightweaver's service as soon as possible. Her mother, Zhoumu, is understanding and has given her blessings for Kaiguang to find another purpose.

All of Zhoumu's children are named by the Light, but it is only this one daughter that has her Light accompanied by victory. Kaiguang's elder brothers left in Sunlake, Yongguang and Chengguang, see great potential in their little sister, one unlike their own--where they have fallen for arts of peace Kaiguang is fit for war. And the lineage of Zhoumu is one that will be known for a great many things.

Kaiguang has come to settle with the Eternal Glow Clan, fighting off villains that dare to destroy her new home. She has a strong sense of justice and refuses to perpetuate any wrong-doing. This has caused tension between her and some of her clanmates, especially the more free-willed ones. Despite being a fighter and defender of the clan, Kaiguang doesn't choose to battle without a reason.

Lately she's noticed her presence being dismissed from certain talks by her Matriarch, and she's endeavored to find out why. Tension is rising in Kaiguang's world, and she's not happy with being kept in the dark. Even those not in power deserve to know what their leaders are up to... and she'll be the one to reveal just what that is.
Justice must prevail over all...
