Kelpie

Found as an egg floating in some tangled kelp, Kelpie is a beautiful mystery. Who are her parents? How did she come to be such a wayward egg? But Kelpie is not interested in unraveling the riddles of her past; she prefers to look to the future. She appears to be adept at scrying and fortunetelling... but since she won't tell anyone what her predictions are, nobody actually knows for sure. She also uses her magic to clean and purify drinking water for the clan.

Kelpie is always covered by strands of water plants. Nobody is quite sure where she gets them. They are somehow always dripping wet as though she has just climbed out of the water. It's quite inconvenient to mop up from the common areas, so she usually stays in a small pool in her quarters, in which she practices her magics.
