Victrix Vulcana was conscripted by Marchioness from a school of darkest magics located in the Scarred Wastelands, and has settled comfortably into communing with spirits for intel, weaving dark shields to protect the lair, and teaching interested dragons basic sorcery to use on the battlefield to terrify enemies. Her annual Day of the Dead gatherings are legendary, and more than one dragon spirit floating about the halls will rasp of its death by party and how it was totally worth it.

Proud but also sharply self-deprecating and humorous, Victrix is rarely exactly the same Coatl from one moment to the next. Her dashing beau, Grand Glacies Noir, has hinted that this is due to the influence of the whispering and ever-changing spirits she keeps ever nearby. She herself refuses to either confirm or deny this theory; a little smile and shrug is her usual response to direct questions. "Fear is good in your enemies and better in your friends," she'll cheerfully state, and then chuckle ominously as she glides down the hall.
