Jettie, the Scavenger.
Reclusive l Shrieker l Swift
"Jettie is all but an enigma. Where others speak like civilized dragons, she shrieks or converses in soft clicks. I'm unsure of her intelligence or if she even knows how to speak. She does, however, enjoy reading. I've seen her pilfer some of my scrolls and read them in the candlelight when she believes no one is watching." -excerpt from Fenriel's logs.

Not much is known of Jettie. It's been assumed that she was born clanless out in the harsh environment of the Shifting Expanse. It was by chance that Velvet found her in the Carrion Canyon, sifting through the bones of the long dead. Velvet recognized her talent for surviving and gathering after Vitoreva ordered her to keep a close eye on the encroaching stranger. She does seem to understand our language well enough. It took a great deal of coaxing and promises of warm meals to have her migrate to the lair.
Jettie has been hard to win over; any attempt the lair dwellers have made to bond with her has proven futile. Moreover, she has been a minor nuisance to Fenriel, who can't help but notice that his inkwells and scrolls oft go missing and then shortly reappear from time to time. Though she has shown respect to Vitoreva, offering her shiny geodes and trinkets that she has acquired on her expeditions, she mostly keeps to herself.
Occasionally she can be seen playing with a ragged doll shaped like Stormcatcher.
At the bottom of her dossier, a note is scrawled, "We are learning more about her from Amaranth, and Jettie has branched out and became friends with that dolt, Fade."
