The Keyblade from which Rainfell was formed belongs to one who was skilled with magic. Consequently, Rainfell is herself skilled in both magic and—oddly—public relations.

Considered by many of the clan to be a doppelgänger of Stormfall. She is very keen on learning and refining her skills with magic. Rainfell primarily finds herself looking after Wayward Wind, whose hijinks can sometimes cause trouble when left on his own. She is occasionally joined by Stormfall and Ends of the Earth.
