More often than not found adjacent to Boethiah, Sithis serves as bodyguard, assassin, and any other grueling task his queen assigns him to.

Much spoken of but rarely seen, Sithis is the monster mothers tell their misbehaving hatchlings at night. He comes as a winged shadow, descending in a flurry of rose petals, plucking the unwanted hatchlings from their beds. "He'll take you back to the dark of his lair and share your innards with his wolf if you keep making such a racket," they warn their hatchlings. Very few of them realize the rumors are true.
