In the Beginning

Her first days were spent inside a purple ball of magic, until Tristan felt the need to break out of her shell. The first thing her pink eyes saw was a purple dragon that glowed, the dragon looked much like the inside of her egg, soon Tristan would know this dragon as Dana. She spent her childhood in that same lair, she didn't talk much and only to the first dragon she met, from the moment she was born she loved magic and over time she fell in love with the shadows. She watched the other children grow up and leave never staying for long, so when her time of youth ended she started to look for places to fly. To her surprise when the young dragon came of age she was not asked to leave but asked to stay and continue to improve her magic to help protect the lair that she was born into and raised in.

Time In Lair

Tristan spent her time casting spells, practicing, and improving. Many dragons came and went from the lair but any that got close to her little corner in the lair where quickly sent away as she didn't like others, the only visitor she aloud was her old friend Dana who would come by every now and then. One day while Tristan was casting she noticed something watching her from the glowing trees, curiosity got the best of her hand she went to take a look at the thing. It looked like a red snake, scales covered everything but its arms and head which looked like something she'd never seen before. The spark of curiosity had died out now as Tristan headed back to her spot and continued with her magic. The thing returned day after day, even though they never talked and the thing wasn't a dragon it became Tristan's closest friend. Tristan spent a lot of her training time meditating to build enough energy to perform her casts, over time Tristan would start to glow and turn blue like the power of the meditate and the words she would say to meditate would appear on her wings. At first Tristan was worried but when Dana came along for her afternoon visit she explained that her heart was powerful enough that when something powerful enough happens to her she would change, and how when she meditates its just her heart connecting with the meditate and is nothing to worry about. With her new knowledge she started looking for other dragons that where heart dragons, she quickly figured out Dana was one but couldn't find anymore. One day after time had passed and Tristan had given up on her search for heart dragons Dana came by for an afternoon visit with a dragon Tristan had never seen before. She looked as if she was growing plants on herself, and that's when Tristan realized she too was a heart dragon. Tristan, Dana, and this new comer would have a special bond Tristan could tell. Over time this new dragon, Morning, and her became closer. Tristan would spend the mornings casting and her afternoons spending time in Mornings garden. As they grew closer the two became inseparable, going everywhere together, despite the fact that Tristan was not usually one for close friends. However, one morning while Trisan was working on her magic Morning stumbled upon a new dragon in the lair and as Morning and the new dragon Moonlight grew closer Tristan and Moring grew apart. A year past and Tristan seemed to keep to herself before until she meet a dragon named Blake
