Kiwi

The Calm Storm

Kiwi is calm, ignoring all anger inside of him. No dragon knows how he does it, it remains a mystery to them all.

The truth always comes to you. That is the first thing you should keep in mind when you hear my story.

I was angry and mad. I hated the dragon in front of me more then anything, but I forced myself to be calm. It was hard, but I managed. The dragon was a mirror, her scales silver and her wings gold. She had armor on and she was getting very mad at me for whatever reason. Mirrors are unreasonable creatures, but that's besides the point.

She lunged at me now her teeth bared. I darted out of the way. She killed my mate, not only that, but my hatchlings as well. I lunged at her from behind and latched on. I was larger then her, which gave me an advantage. I roared, prepared to kill her to avenge them. She then darted from beneath me, darting away. The branches moved as she faded into the darkness.

I had no idea how I got here. I was in the Dragonhome a moment ago, but now I was somewhere else. I didn't know where, but I was somewhere, even if I didn't know where. I roared one last time and then fled, not wanting to see the mirror again.

I knew the truth would find me in time. I just had to wait for it to come. But in never did.

I was lost and alone. I longed to go one way, but I longed to go a different way as well. So I closed my eyes, turned in a couple of circle, opened my eyes and marched the way I was facing. I ran off, my eyes darting from one place to the next. I had no idea where I was, or where I was going. I burst into the air to enjoy the wind in my face. I was in very tricky woods and I didn't know where to go. I turned my head this way and that but I couldn't spot the Dragonhome anywhere. I wasn't near it.

I decided to continue on my way. I had on idea where I was going, but I knew I would figure it out.
