Uh-oh, looks like this rare color combo wandered a little too far from her lair (Ithaca, 37298), and now she's off to see the world! If ever you feel the urge to exalt, she'd really appreciate it if you could just return her home instead, or to the Dragons Off To See The World thread, here.

Roan knew she was a rare color combo but realized that that was because she was a combo that was uncommon. Seeing her family members getting exalted and given away in hopes to find good homes made her sad so she decided to go off on her own adventure in hopes to find herself a permanent home. So off she went, with a hopeful and excited heart! Where would the winds take her?
Roan flew into the Nature clan, timidly flying up to the smallest dragon to ask for a place to stay. Sweet and simple, the clan doted on her, gifting her with one of the ribbons from the hoard, which she seemed enamored of, as if she had never seen such beauty before. She stayed briefly, but the Nature tribe needed to prepare for the Greenskeeper Gathering and politely asked her to continue her journey elsewhere.
Her journey brought her deep into the Driftwood Drag, where she found the mighty Nia and her clan of misfits and rejects. The little dragon made fast friends with the gentle Sonja and the sleek, capable Kato. She stayed here for many days, enjoying the raucous company of the giant dragons of the swamp.
Once again, she found herself in Nature, specifically in the Gladeveins. Exhausted from her flight, she took shelter in Relic's lair where she met another like her. Though not born with his colors, the Wildclaw known as Byn greeted her with a happy smile. She spent a lot of time with him, feeling a bit less lonely in the world.
Off to travel once more and explore, Roan landed in Plague, at the beginning of the cold winter during the Pandemic. She explored quietly and landed infront of a jewelry box, guarded by Beelzebub and Cerberus who welcomed her and gave her a place to rest and recuperate. She stayed and guarded the jewelry with them, and learned of a new subspecies called Saplings as well.
Once again Roan went travelling off to see the world, but this time she landed in Lightning! The storms were harsh but beautiful, after a storm there’s always a rainbow..
Roan soon found herself signing in to a rowdy shadow clan. She had planned on leaving much sooner... But a food shortage saw her stay for much longer.
Roan decided to take time off from traveling and try out Flight College. After attending one semester at ACUF, she decided that she would have to spend too much time in school and decided to go back to her old job as a traveler. Her grades were not that bad and she left the school in good standings.
Roan spent an enormous amount of time with a pirate band in Plague territory. There she learned to fight. She even got in a relationship with one of the pirates, Mold, and the two of them had a child. As far as she knows that child is still flying with the pirate band.
Once again Roan went travelling off to see the world, and this time landed again in Plague. She stayed for awhile, and got in a relationship with a Pearlcatcher named Vericorse. She had four children with him, Capillary, Spider, Chestnut, and Telangiectasia.
Roan decided to ask the next clan they came across if they knew anything about how unusual their color combos were. Not many knew - but plenty of dragons believed their color combos were at least fairly unique. Roan accepted that as an answer.

Turns out, Roan was tired from her almost-decade as a traveler, and was feeling wound down. Her friends at the Hub helped her find her old way home. She had basically forgotten; and the clan was much bigger and different now, it was hardly recognizable. She was especially stunned to find her older sister, Magick, still of the clan but now a Skydancer, with Gembond! She also learned that she was not the first traveler to return after a time. And so she befriended Kalayla as well. But she chose to rest in the Hibernal Den for now, to recuperate from her long time away and become re-accustomed to her birth clan. Roan thus befriended Loftus and Ancient while there.
