Biography
It shouldn't be possible for a Spiral to bowl over a Guardian without the use of magic, but Reseda managed it the first time she entered the clan's glade. To be fair, there wasn't an actual collision; Reseda veered off as Hearth tumbled backwards.
"I do beg your pardon," the smaller dragon said, a bit breathlessly. "Have you had news of a lone Water Pearlcatcher traveling with a Ridgeback pair? They would have been carrying a number of papers with them and headed toward the Tangled Wood."
Sunturner glared at the interloper as he and Mulrey came to Hearth's aid, but Humblebee answered her.
"I saw them from the air not two hours ago." He nodded to the northwest. By the time he'd turned his head back, the Spiral had already zipped past him in an impressively coordinated cadence of wings.
"Come on, Marion!" she called to the Guardian who'd entered unobtrusively behind her. "We'll have them before nightfall."
