She was known for luring in the hardest of souls, the toughest minds melted with her touch. She seemed to know everything and dragons sometimes stepped inside her lair and reappeared shaken and disheveled, muttering of pools of water and glowing shells. They said she told their future, but would never speak of her methods or what she told them. Some children feared her, but others were transfixed with her foreign tongue and trickling laughter. She would sing them to sleep and she could calm animals with the softest of hums.
