Anistaysa

Anistaysa is a lesser jungle deity of old wealth and succession. For many, many years she was worshipped faithfully by a small clan in the Shrieking Wilds, and she grew very powerful with their devotion. The gold she wears was bestowed upon her by this small clan, gathered over a long period of controlled conquest.

With her body encased in stone she cannot move, but she can speak through a means of empathic connection. Through this connection, Anistaysa is capable of controlling a dragon's subconscious and can force them to do her bidding without realizing it.

Khan captured her by appealing to her desire of succession in her worshippers. He forcibly found a mate, hatched a nest of eggs and then took his firstborn, fresh from the shell and cursed it with a binding spell. After the curse set, he sacrificed the hatchling to Anistaysa. Having rarely feasted upon blood sacrifices, Anistaysa hungrily devoured the hatchling without tasting the curse. When she finished, she found herself tied to Khan—she couldn’t hurt him without hurting herself.
