Lumi

Being young in the clan has its advantages. Lumi is well-cared for by his clan mates and everyone enjoys taking care of him. Despite being young and born blind, Lumi is not helpless. In fact, he tries to help everyone wherever he can. One of his favourite activities, and one with which he happens to excel, is taking care of and playing with the familiars. He tries his best to impress the older dragons and prove he is as capable as they are. The older dragons never fault him, but are patient and kind, careful to make sure no harm comes to young Lumi.

Len and Bella have taken it upon themselves to act as his surrogate parents. Everyone in the clan pitches in, of course, but Lumi was drawn to Len and Bella initially, so nobody took that away from them. If Lumi is ever not with the familiars he is most likely to be found with Len, enjoying a sweet treat.

Lumi never lets his infirmity, his blindness, effect him. He wants to be as much a part of the clan as any other dragon and he does his best at that. Because he was born blind he has adapted to it easier than someone who had it thrust upon them. While he may have lofty ambitions, for now he is content with entertaining his clan mates by singing.
