One of the toughest dragons in the Realm of the Corvidae, Pearl holds the title of Lieutenant, ranking directly under Naolini when it comes to charge of the clan's offensive forces. He is very proud of this, and often brings up his rank when facing enemies from the BeastClans and dragons of other clans. Usually, he is met with a blank stare.

The Imperial is stern and stubborn, especially when it comes to his children. He works hard at his job, and is strongly dedicated to the Realm of the Corvidae and the protection of the Death Seekers and Storm Seekers. His undying loyalty often leads to clashes with his daughter, Alaina, who has interests beyond fighting and protecting the crows.

Pearl grew especially close with his daughter, Thelma, who took the teachings about the crows and fighting to protect them (and the clan) to heart. They often worked together and, when she was ounger, played together. He taught her everything he knew about fighting and the clan. His daughter seemed to have a special bond with the crows, and she'd often be seen with the Storm Seekers and Death Seekers. Pearl was greatly pleased to see that his daughter was absolutely meant for the clan. She was his pride and joy ever since she was a hatchling, all the way up til the moment she was ripped away from him in a tragic death. He blamed Alaina for Thelma's death right away, but deep down inside he also blames himself.

The Imperial became a lot more harsh and cold after Thelma's death, withdrawing from all the other dragons, including his mate, Ciarda. Once loving, passionate partners, she broke up with him after seeing the way he acted and treated Alaina after their daughter died. Ever since then, his good nature has taken a dark turn and he remains focused on and devoted to his duties.
