After leaving home to pursue his own passions, Kenyon traveled with his good friend Kinnon about various lands collecting and cataloging artifacts, ancient tomes, and locations of interesting and historically relevant sites throughout Sorineth. The pair work for profit, though Kenyon would do it for free if Kinnon allowed it.

He encountered the archives and Matija on a night seeking shelter in Dragonhomes desert-waste. She allowed the pair to explore the library, and Kenyon had to be a part of it. He agreed to help Matija in her pursuit of knowledge to protect and share with others. Finally another dragon that understood protecting knowledge for knowledge's sake!

It was difficult to convince Kinnon, but as Matija agreed to pay the pair for their troubles, extra if the find was particularly good, Kinnon was more than happy to comply. He is mated to Eseld, falling for the nocturne girl after attending many of her recitations of melodrama plays, he spends all his time in the lair with her, to the mild annoyance of Kinnon. When not with his mate and not exploring with Kinnon, he spends much of his time in lair in the sections dedicated to different science, specifically studies of Arcane and Occult magicks.

Kenyon is the much more careful excavator of the two, always being sure the items they uncover are properly documented and preserved before being removed. Along with Kinnon he is followed about by a Deathseeker, it's not exactly a familiar as it never fully approaches him, but has warned him from more than a few dangerous situation.
