As far as founders of clans go, Xerxes is young. His taste for the exquisite is insatiable, and he is willing to tolerate much in a dragon as long as they are beautiful. He is prideful and entitled, but his confidence allows him to steadily bear the weight of leadership in a clan that hides tumultuous battle-lust behind their sparkle and glitz. He positively cherishes his mate Amestris, doing his best every day to coax laughter from the shy and often stoic Fae. Her advice is given great weight and she has battled side by side with him since the early days of Paralian. A notorious fiend with any dragon willing to hatch a nest with him, he does his best to procreate as often as possible to fill the world with bounties of lushly colored offspring. His greatest pride is the size and glamour of his brood; the children and grandchildren he has played a hand in siring. He has little tolerance for those children who have interests outside of reproducing, and has bordered on hostile with those who choose to settle down in an infertile lifestyle.
