Synapse is the quick-minded and clever ambassador of the clan. Above all, she values intelligence and wit, and spends much of her time tinkering with metal and wire, like the Lightning dragon she is, or devising schemes for the greater good of the clan. She and her mate Neuron make a formidable pair. Synapse is slow to trust, and hates ignorance and laziness. Her favorite places in the world are the Observatory and the Lightning Farm, although she is also commonly found in the Reedcleft Ascent, flying kites with small hatchlings. (She won't admit it, but she likes it.) She keeps her nest immaculate at all times and can't stand disorganization.
